Refund policy

As our cakes are freshly prepared to order and are perishable food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the selected delivery or collection date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable, as preparation and ingredient sourcing may have already begun.

Customized and large-quantity orders may have separate cancellation conditions, which will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photographs. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
